1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on products that meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be returned with all original packaging, labels, and tags attached.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards

2. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at admin@kryvor.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Once you’ve received your RMA, securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Condition of Returns

Returned items must be:

  • In their original, unused condition (not worn, used, or washed).
  • Free from odors, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.
  • In their original packaging with all accessories included (e.g., labels, manuals, and tags).

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at admin@kryvor.xyz within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a return label and instructions to send the item back. Once we confirm the damage or defect, you will be given a full refund or replacement, including the cost of return shipping.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order through our website.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect product shipped, defective items). You are responsible for the return shipping charges unless we made an error with your order.

8. International Orders

For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties and taxes. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
